I have to say Geekbox is the bomb. The first time I walked in to the store, in Sandy, I was met by Justin. He really took the time to talk to me and took an interest. Most of my family have now bought computers there, including me. I am getting ready to deploy to Iraq. I bought my laptop and the guys took the time, even after business hours to teach me about my machine. I am grateful for these guys and the service they provide. They have a customer for life.

5. Warranty and Service: 150 - they basically said I could bring my computer in for ANYTHING if it seemed wrong!
6. System Quality: 199 - Yep, that's right. It's almost twice as awesome as I thought it was going to be. If you're thinking about getting a computer, get one from Geekbox.
I am completely satisfied and am going to have them build my laptop in a few months! They give 110% minimum to their customers and they'll do the same for you!

We were baffled, because it had no other problem other than going slow. They said the mother-board was fried and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix. We took our computer back, unable to trust them. We decided to give GeekBox a try. They took our computer in, checked with the manufacturer of the mother-board, found our mb was still covered under warranty, and we got it fixed for the price of shipping: approx $7, and it works GREAT!!
We gave that computer to our children to use, and we bought another computer from them. We recommend GeekBox to anyone that we have the opportunity to. They are a great group of very dedicated guys that we believe want to help in any way needed. Thanks GeekBox!!

The guys at ********* looked at the desktop and told me I had a bad motherboard, but they didn't spend the time I felt necessary to really get to the bottom of the problem. I spent $40 on a new power supply, only to find out that this did not resolve my problem.
Out of a whim, I brought my PC into the guys at GeekBox Computers and challenged them that they would not be able to fix it. I was very impressed with the time and care they took with my PC. (I specifically requested they keep it for more than a day, so they would eventually be able to see it crash.) Without me even requesting it, nor charging me, they resolved a significantly annoying buzzing noise in my PC by replacing a fan that was missing a single blade.
I'm surprised that the guys at GeekBox thought so soon to test my memory when the guys at ********* hadn't thought to, nor had another consultant I checked with. The GeekBox guys switched the memory around and showed me that they had run CPU-intensive tests on my PC for 2 days to make sure it would no longer crash. I still need to hook it up and check things out for myself, but I am very impressed with the intelligence and effort that the GeekBox guys put into it for me.
It seems that this has saved me a ton of money that would have been spent on a new PC that I didn't need! What made it even better for me is that they honored my service warantee from Totally Awesome Computers by not charging me anything, which I know comes at a significant expense to GeekBox Computers. I will be excited to do much more business with the experts at GeekBox Computers and to refer to them many others who I help to support.

Not happy with the alternatives, I picked up the computer and took it to Geekbox, which I knew nothing about, but I had seen the store in my travels through West Jordan.
Adrian showed me his new stuff, but then told me he could send the motherboard out for refurbishment, but it would take several weeks turn-around. Concluding this was acceptable, we opted for that alternative, but before we arrived home, Adrian had left a message saying that the motherboard was fine and that we just needed a new power supply!!! And we picked up the computer the following day.
Thanks, Geekbox!!! We'll be back. For service, or for new stuff, you guys have made believers out of us. We are only semi-computer literate, so oftentimes when a computer guy tries to tell us something, it's hard not to feel like we're getting a snow job. Not so with Adrian and Geekbox. We appreciate your willingness to explain at our level.

I have had occasion to deal with each one of the three noted above and in each case, they were polite, business like and receptive to my computer repair needs. No matter how small the repair was I received the same service.
Zach came into my home and moved a computer from upstairs to a downstairs room. He was efficient and wasted no time and within the hour the job was completed in a professional and competent manner.
I would recommend Geek Box and its total staff to anyone for any computer needs that you might have.
My association with each was productive and my computers are now operating in a way that is both pleasing and helpful for my business and personal computer needs.
I wish them success in every endeavor and when I have a need for computer repairs or to purchase a new computer they will remain first on my list.

I visited the Sandy office and was treated with great respect and customer service. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand some of the concepts I didn't fully comprehend. Let me tell ya, these guys know what they're talking about. They also have the most incredible computer options available at an affordable and verry competetive price. I decided to go for a Nvidia Triple SLI system with 3 overclocked 8800 GTXs, a EVGA 780i Motherboard, a QX9650 Intel processor, two raptors in raid 0 and a half TB back-up, 4 gigs of RAM, a 1200 Watt power supply, DVD/CD drive, 12 in one multimem card slot, with Vista 64, all in a sweet Silverstome case (basically their GBX6850 model with most of the upgrades.)
This is what I had been looking for: but before I bought it, I thought I'd do some research and price matching. Straight up, I could not find a better deal on the internet. Period. Not to mention the fact that the system comes with a lifetime service gurantee and a 3 year parts replplacement warantee. On top of everything else, they're right in my neighborhood so if I ever need service I just drop the box off and they hook me up in no time. If I want a new part or want something tweaked; not a prob. The financing options were nice too. I needed the system pretty quick but wanted it to be a quality job so I just hoped for a middle ground so I could have the system in time. Adrian and the guys at the Sandy store hooked me up big time. Not only did they work their trash off to get that system to me on time, they did a fantastic job delivering a polished product.
You gotta see this thing, its a FINE piece of artwork. If anyone should be proud of their efforts in customer service and top of the line craftmanship, it's these guys. It's just a computer you say? Thats what I thought before I saw my box put together. It truly is a beauty. The wiring is done to perfection and the whole sha-bang is more than presentable through the window on the side of the box. Performance you ask? Freakin forget about it. Nuts, is the word to describe it. Not only is the system crazy powerful, whnenever I have a concern I just call em up and they hook me up. They even offered to make some future alterations to improve the already killer performance of this machine. I really appreciate all the guys at both stores for all their help and assistance. Yeah, I even got help from the guys over in West Jordan, they've got a great team over there too.
I know this sounds too good to be true but I'm honestly impressed with, and am happy to be a supporter of this Small Business. I didn't know any of the employees before this and have nothing to gain by spending my time writing about my experience. I do this only because I think these guys do what they do better than anyone. (ya get that? =)
